Strangely don't recall having any such issues on the PS4 now that I think about it, but didn't play that as much as the PC version so might have gotten lucky. Never had this particular issue myself, but had the truck you have to steal not spawn a few times and that was the only work around for me, so crap like this can happen. If the mission objective bugs out (only when you can use the 'E' interaction it will count as 'destroyed') it's best to try and restart the game. I can't even destroy the barrels that are around Pointe Verdun. There is a major bug here that needs to be fixed. I've even air box the damn barrels and nothing happens. I've fired at them with shotguns, machine guns, pistols, nothing happens. I've tossed molotovs and grenades, nothing happens. I've walked up and held E, nothing happens. I have the map and the mission is started.
